Welcome to The Eden website and premises. These terms of service govern your use of our website and interactions with our business. The Eden website and business are operated and controlled by Eden Entertainment Ltd. and its parent company, Eden Leisure Group Ltd. Eden Entertainment Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update these terms of service at any time. By continuing to use the site after such modifications, alterations, or updates, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please refrain from making any purchases or using our website.

  • Reservation and Bookings:

We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Online reservations are encouraged for seamless planning. However, we also welcome walk-in customers on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes before their slot.

  • Refund, Cancellation, and Lateness Policy:

No refunds will be issued for any events on the day of the booking. This policy applies to late arrivals, non-attendance, or any amendments made to the booking on the day.

Amendments to bookings are allowed if communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking and during business operational hours. Any changes to the booking will incur a EUR 5.00 administrative fee.

Customers will be offered the option to reschedule their booking. If a rescheduled date cannot be agreed upon, a 100% refund will be provided in the form of a Credit Note, valid for 12 months.

Late arrivals will result in a deduction of the missed time from the allocated slot, without extension or refund.

  • Age Restrictions:

Certain activities and facilities within the building may have age restrictions. Guests must comply with age requirements as specified for each activity or facility.

  • Behaviour Expectations:

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff and fellow visitors. Disruptive behaviour, excessive noise, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by management will not be tolerated.

  • Safety Regulations:

Guests must comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by staff. This includes using equipment properly, observing posted safety guidelines, and reporting any hazards or concerns promptly to staff.

  • Property Protection:

Guests are responsible for respecting and caring for all property within the building, including equipment, furnishings, and facilities. Any damage caused by guests will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved, and they may be prosecuted and required to pay for damages.

  • Prohibited Items:

The following items are strictly prohibited within the building premises: weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials, and any other items deemed unsafe or inappropriate by management.

  • Liability Waiver:

By entering the building premises, guests acknowledge and accept that the management is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during their visit. Guests participate in activities and use facilities at their own risk.

  • Privacy Policy:

The collection, use, and protection of guest information are governed by our privacy policy. Guest information may be collected for administrative, security, or marketing purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Right of Admission:

The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the building premises at any time, for reasons including but not limited to disruptive behaviour, violation of terms and conditions, or failure to comply with staff instructions.

  • Vandalism:

Vandalism of any kind is strictly prohibited. Guests found vandalizing property will be prosecuted and held liable for damages.

  • CCTV:

For safety and security, a system of CCTV cameras is in operation throughout The Eden, and video footage form these cameras are retained for a period of time.

  • Usernames and Login Codes:

You are responsible for the usernames and Log in codes that you use on the site. Keep them confidential at all times and should you believe that anyone has gained access to your account please inform us at once.

  • Pets:

Only service animals are permitted within the building premises. Guests must adhere to all regulations regarding service animals and ensure they are properly restrained and always controlled.

  • Alcohol:

The sale and consumption of alcohol are strictly regulated. Minors are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol within the building premises.

  • No Smoking Policy:

Smoking and Vaping is prohibited in all areas.

  • Cleanliness:

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the building. Littering, spitting, or any other behaviour that contributes to a dirty or unsanitary environment is prohibited.

  • Dress Code:

Guests are required to adhere to the specified dress code when entering the building. This includes wearing appropriate footwear and attire as deemed necessary for safety and comfort.

  • Changes to Terms:

The management reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests through signage, website updates, or other appropriate channels.

  • Data Protection Policy:

The Eden Entertainment Ltd. Abides and operates according to the data protection legislation. We only collect information that has been given to us by the client. Credit Card details are never collected by Eden Entertainment Ltd. Or any of its subsidiary companies.

  • Parental Responsibility:

Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children while on the premises of The Eden. It is imperative that parents or guardians keep a close watch on their children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.

Terms & Conditions – Hangry’s

  • Reservations and Seating:

We do not reserve tables; seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Menu and Pricing:

Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Special promotions and discounts may have specific terms and conditions.

  • Food and Beverage Service:

We strive to provide prompt and courteous service; however, wait times may vary during peak hours.

We adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure the quality and freshness of our food and beverages.

  • Payment and Billing:

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment.

Separate bills may be requested, subject to management approval.

  • Refunds:

Notify us immediately of any issues with your order or food quality.

We may offer a refund, replacement, or credit for future purchases.

Refunds for items are at the discretion of management and may require returning the affected items.

  • Children and Minors:

Children must be always accompanied by an adult.

Alcoholic beverages will only be served to patrons of legal drinking age with valid identification.

  • Feedback and Complaints:

We welcome feedback and strive to address any concerns promptly and professionally.

Terms & Conditions – Dart Club

  • Age Suitability for Darts:

Our darting activities are suitable for ages 10 and above. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We provide a safe and enjoyable environment for dart enthusiasts of all ages, making it perfect for family outings, group adventures, and unforgettable darting memories.

  • Maximum Players per Oche:

Each oche (darts lane) has a maximum capacity of six players.

  • Use of Provided Darts:

It is mandatory to use only the darts provided by us, as they are specifically designed for compatibility with our equipment.

  • Dining and Gameplay:

You are welcome to enjoy our full-service bar while playing. Our bar offers a variety of drinks suitable for groups of up to 15 people, including beer buckets, towers, vodka/gin bottles with mixers, and more.   • Safety and Conduct:

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and adhere to posted rules and guidelines. Rough handling or misuse of interactive darts equipment is prohibited, and guests should report any malfunctions to staff immediately.

Terms & Conditions – Delta Strike

  • Age Requirements:

Due to the equipment size and nature of the game, participants must be at least 7 years old or at least 4 feet tall to play. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older. Participants aged thirteen and over do not require adult supervision in the arena, but they must have a valid waiver signed by a parent or guardian to participate.

  • Player Capacity:

Our arena can host a maximum of 24 players per game, which can be played as either a team game or a free-for-all. While a minimum of two players is required to start a game, small groups will be accommodated and may be paired with other groups for optimal gameplay.

  • Arena Occupancy:

During laser tag sessions, multiple groups may share the arena to maximize participation. This means that players may interact with individuals from other groups during gameplay, enhancing the experience with variety and excitement. While efforts are made to group players of similar ages together, participants should be prepared to encounter players from different groups during their session.

Important Information:

  • Participation and Risk Acknowledgment:

Participation in laser tag is at the individual’s own risk. Participants must sign a waiver before playing.

  • Physical Considerations:

Participants should consider the physical exertion involved. Laser tag may not be suitable for pregnant women or individuals with certain medical conditions. The facility is not responsible for aggravated conditions.

  • Supervision of Children:

Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times.

  • Prohibited Actions:

Running, physical contact, disrespectful behaviour, climbing on scenery, crouching, crawling, or lying down are prohibited during gameplay.

  • Behavioural Standards:

Disrespectful or abusive behaviour will result in expulsion from the facility.

  • Attire Requirement:

Suitable footwear and clothing are required for participation. Unsuitable attire may result in refusal to play.

  • Smoking and Vaping Policy:

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building.

  • Personal Possessions:

The facility is not liable for lost or damaged personal possessions.

  • Management Authority:

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the facility for any reason.

Terms & Conditions – Bay Karaoke

  • Age Suitability for Karaoke:

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Maximum Capacity per Room:

Our karaoke rooms comfortably accommodate groups of up to 15 people.

  • Karaoke Session Duration and Pricing:

Choose between a 25-minute session for small groups of up to 3 people, priced at €40.00. For larger groups (4 or more), opt for the 50-minute session accommodating up to 15 people. The base price for this session is €60.00 for up to 6 people, with an additional cost of €10.00 per person for groups exceeding 6.

  • Room Decoration Policy:

You are welcome to decorate the room for your event. However, only decorations that do not require affixing to walls or ceilings are permitted.   • Food and Beverage Policy:

Enjoy our full-service bar offering a variety of drinks suitable for groups of up to 15 people. Choose from options such as beer buckets, towers, vodka/gin bottles with mixers, and more.   • Safety and Conduct:

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and adhere to posted rules and guidelines.

Rough handling or misuse of karaoke equipment is prohibited, and guests should report any malfunctions to staff immediately.

Terms & Conditions – Superbowl

  • Lane Capacity:

Each lane can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Groups of 7-12 individuals will be allocated to 2 lanes. Please note that exceptions may apply.

  • Shoe Policy:

For safety reasons, bowling shoes must be worn while bowling. If you have your own pair of bowling shoes, you are permitted to use them.

  • Lane Rental and Pricing:

Lane rental fees are charged per game and are subject to change without prior notice.

Shoe rental fees are included and mandatory for all bowlers.

  • Age restriction:

Bowling is an activity for people of all ages. For our younger bowlers, our centre offer bumpers and ball ramps at no extra charge.

  • Equipment and Safety:

Bowling equipment must be used in accordance with provided instructions.

We prioritize the safety of our guests; please refrain from any behaviour that may endanger yourself or others.

Children should be supervised to ensure they handle equipment safely and remain clear of the bowling area when not bowling.

It is prohibited to tamper with or modify any bowling equipment without permission from staff.

In case of emergency or equipment malfunction, guests should follow staff instructions and evacuate the area promptly.

  • Dining Options:

Terms & Conditions – X-Cube

  • Game Duration:

You can choose between two options: games lasting 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Age recommendations differ for each game.

  • Food and Beverage Policy:

Food and beverages are not permitted inside the X-Cube room.

  • Sensitivity to Light:

The X-Cube experience includes light effects and flashing lamps. Participation is not recommended for individuals sensitive to light or those with epilepsy.

  • Safety and Conduct:

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and adhere to posted rules and guidelines.

Running, jumping, or engaging in rough play inside the X-Cube area is strictly prohibited.

Guests must refrain from tampering with or modifying X-Cube equipment without permission from staff.

  • Equipment Use:

Guests should use X-Cube equipment properly and refrain from misuse or rough handling.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to staff immediately for resolution.

Terms & Conditions – XP Arcade

  • Access and Admission:

Entry to the arcade area is subject to availability and venue capacity.

  • Booking Requirement:

No booking is necessary. Simply arrive and start using your play card! Prior to playing, please purchase the XP cashless card from one of our designated stations. Most of our arcade game machines operate on a cashless system, allowing you to conveniently scan the card and begin playing.

  • Age Restrictions:

Children under a certain age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the arcade area.

Some games may have age restrictions or require parental supervision, as indicated by signage or staff instructions.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety while in the arcade area.

  • Game Rules:

Guests must follow all game rules and guidelines posted near each arcade machine.

  • Available Games:

Explore our vast selection of arcade games, including racing, shooting, sports, and more.

  • Obtaining a Cashless Play Card:

To get your cashless play card, visit one of our conveniently located ATMs within the arcade facility or our website [link].

  • Fees for Cashless Play Card:

There is a one-time fee of €1 to acquire the cashless play card. This fee covers the production and maintenance of the cards. After purchase, there are no additional charges for using the card to play games or redeem tickets. It’s a simple and cost-effective way to enjoy our arcade. Keep your card for future visits as it is rechargeable.

  • Redemption Booth and Prizes:

Visit our redemption booth to choose from a variety of prizes, including toys, gadgets, accessories, and more! Simply present your cashless play card to our staff, who will assist you in selecting your prize and deducting the corresponding tickets from your card.

  • Winning Tickets:

Not all arcade machines award tickets. However, selected machines will allocate tickets as prizes, clearly marked for easy identification.

  • Lost Cards:

Lost cards and associated tickets cannot be replaced or transferred. Please keep your card safe. Any remaining credits on a lost card cannot be recovered. Obtain a new card from our ATMs to resume gaming.

  • Transferring Credits or Tickets:

Credits or tickets cannot be transferred between cashless play cards. Each card is independent, and any loaded credits or tickets cannot be transferred to another card.

  • Use Outside Arcade Area:

The cashless play card is exclusively for arcade game access and cannot be used for other attractions or services outside the arcade area.

  • Expiry of Credits and Tickets:  

Any credits or tickets (points) stored on the XP card will expire if the card remains inactive for 12 months period. Inactivity is defined as no transactions or gameplay activity during this period.

Terms & Conditions – Party Packages

These are the Terms that govern the relationship between you and The Eden when you purchase a birthday party package. By purchasing a birthday party package, the purchaser warrants that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Booking and Confirmation:

All birthday party bookings are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be made 72 hours prior to the event date.

The following information must be confirmed 72 hours prior your booking.

  • Final number of guests attending.
  • Food selection
  • Any special dietary requirements i.e. vegetarian or food intolerances.
  • If you would like to order any additional platters, cake, or extras; and
  • If you require any additional lanes booked for older siblings or adults.

Please note that once menu options are confirmed, they cannot be changed, and all food selections are final. This information must be communicated to us via email.

  • Duration and Activities:

The first part of the party will be allocated for bowling, laser tag or any other chosen activity. The second part (typically an hour) will be spent in the designated party room for food, drinks and the cake cutting ceremony.

  • Party Coordination:

A dedicated party host from The Eden will be assigned to assist before, during, and after the event. The host will ensure a smooth transition between bowling (or other) activities and the party room. Any special requests or concerns should be communicated to the host in advance.

  • Party Room Usage:

The party room will be available for use during the designated time slot only. Guests are expected to vacate the party room promptly at the end of the allocated time. Late arrivals will result in a less activity or party room time. Time slots cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals.

Decorations are allowed in the party room, but guests are not permitted to affix anything to the ceiling or walls that may cause damage. Confetti, silly string, piñatas are not allowed. No noise makers. Only decorations that can be easily removed without causing harm to the surfaces are allowed. Please ensure that all decorations are removed at the end of the party to avoid any additional cleaning charges. Guests are requested not to move tables without staff approval and to keep hallways and passages clear.

The Eden is a family-oriented business and reserves the right to ask any unruly guests to leave the premises.

  • Media:

Each party room comes equipped with a TV and a sound system which may be accessed by Bluetooth. The client will be provided with a password after arrival and are at liberty to play their favourite music / videos as long as they do not disturb adjacent party rooms.

  • Food and Beverage:

A specified menu will be provided for the party.

  • Guest Count and Cancellations:

The minimum number of kids for a party is 10. The total number of guests attending the party must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the event.

  • Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For cancellations made within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows, the full amount will be charged based on the number of kids communicated to us within 72 hours of the party.

  • Safety and Conduct:

All guests must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the staff. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during the event. Any misconduct or damage to the property will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.

  • Liability:

The Eden is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.

  • Additional Services:

Additional services such as arcade games, adding a second activity, party Favors, or decorations may be available upon request and at an additional cost. Requests for additional services should be made in advance to ensure availability.

  • Force Majeure:

The Eden shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Examples of such circumstances include inclement weather, power outages, or unforeseen closures.

  • Amendments:

The Eden reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
