What time should we arrive for our booking?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your slot, so we can get you set up and playing as soon as possible.
Do I need to book?
A booking in advance is always recommended. We always advise people to book online in advance. If you join us on the day we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we may ask you to enjoy our other attractions and return for X-Cube another time.
How long does a game last?
We offer two options: games with a duration of 30 minutes and games lasting 60 minutes.
What are the age restrictions?
Age recommendations vary for each game from age 9+ to age 16+
Are food and beverages allowed while playing X-Cube?
No food or beverages may be taken in or consumed in the room.
Is the X-Cube suitable for people sensitive to light (epilepsy)?
Light effects and flashing lamps are incorporated in the X-Cube experience. We advise against participation in the X-Cube for individuals with light sensitivity or epilepsy.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Once a slot has been reserved in your name, monetary refunds cannot be provided for bookings.
Amendments to the booking are at the discretion of the management if communicated at least 24 hours in advance during business hours.
Should you need to cancel your booking, we will make every effort to reschedule it to another suitable date or time. If rescheduling is not feasible, a credit note will be issued instead.
An administration fee of EUR 5.00 will be applied for any amendments to the booking.
Please note that no amendments or credit notes will be issued for changes made on the day of the booking.
Late arrivals will result in a deduction of the missed time from the allocated slot, without extension or refund.
