What time should we arrive for our booking?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your slot, so we can get you set up and playing as soon as possible.
Do I need to book?
We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Online reservations are encouraged for seamless planning. However, we also welcome walk-in customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
Does Laser Tag Hurt?
When played properly, laser tag is a non-contact sport and should not hurt at all. The infrared light emitted by the guns is completely harmless and any contact between players is forbidden.
Is there a age limit?
Due to the size of the laser guns, vest and nature of the game, it is deemed unsuitable for children under the age of 7 or less than 4 feet tall. Children who are under 12 years of age are required to be accompanied by a responsible person aged 18. Children aged thirteen and over do not need to be accompanied in the arena by someone over 18. Still, they must have a valid waiver signed by a parent or guardian to participate in the activity.
Is there a dress code?
Participants are required to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes while engaging in laser tag activities. Loose clothing that may hinder movement or become entangled in equipment is discouraged. Open-toe shoes are not recommended, and participants are highly encouraged to wear shoes with good grip to ensure safety during gameplay.
Is there a minimum and maximum number of people per game?
Our arena accommodates a maximum of 24 players per game. This can be played as a team game or a solo game (all against all). Although you need a minimum of two players to play, if you were thinking of coming along as a small group, we will try to fit you in with other groups.
Will we have the arena to ourselves?
During laser tag sessions, different groups may be mixed in the same time slot to ensure optimal participation levels. This means that players may compete against individuals from other groups during gameplay. Group mixing adds variety and excitement to the experience, but participants should be aware that they may encounter unfamiliar players during their session. We will always make an effort to ensure that players are grouped with others of similar age.
Is Delta Strike safe?
Our staff prioritizes safety, employing low-powered lasers and smoke effects for an enjoyable experience. However, please be aware that laser tag involves tight spaces and effects such as strobe lights, which may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant or have certain medical conditions including asthma, epilepsy, heart, or lung conditions. We advise those with medical conditions to consider the physical demands of the activity. While we strive to ensure a safe environment, we cannot be held responsible for any medical issues aggravated during play. Your safety is paramount; please enjoy responsibly!
How long will a game last?
- 1 game: 15 minutes (5-minute briefing, 10-minute play)
- 2 games: 30 minutes (5-minute briefing, 10-minute play session 1, 5-minute break, 10-minute play session 2)
- 3 games: 45 minutes (5-minute briefing, 10-minute play session 1, 5-minute break, 10-minute play session 2, 5-minute break, 10-minute play session 3)
Are food and beverages allowed inside the arena?
No food or beverages may be taken in or consumed in the arena.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Once a slot has been reserved in your name, monetary refunds cannot be provided for bookings.
Amendments to the booking are at the discretion of the management if communicated at least 24 hours in advance during business hours.
Should you need to cancel your booking, we will make every effort to reschedule it to another suitable date or time. If rescheduling is not feasible, a credit note will be issued instead.
An administration fee of EUR 5.00 will be applied for any amendments to the booking.
Please note that no amendments or credit notes will be issued for changes made on the day of the booking.
Late arrivals will result in a deduction of the missed time from the allocated slot, without extension or refund.
