Is a booking required?
No booking is required, just turn up and start using your play card! Before you begin playing, please ensure you purchase the XP cashless card at one of our designated stations. Most of our arcade game machines operate on a cashless system, allowing you to simply scan the card and start playing.
What games can I play?

How do I obtain a cashless play card to access arcade games?
To obtain a cashless play card for accessing arcade games, simply visit one of our conveniently located ATMs within the arcade facility or our website
Are there any fees associated with obtaining or using the cashless play card?
There’s a small onetime fee of €1 to get the cashless play card. This helps cover the costs of making and maintaining the cards. After that, there are no extra charges for using the card to play games or redeem tickets. It’s an easy and affordable way to have fun at our arcade. Make sure you hold on to your card for your next visit as the cards are re-chargeable.
What types of prizes are available for redemption at the redemption booth, and how does the process work?
At our redemption booth, we offer a wide variety of prizes for you to choose from, including toys, gadgets, accessories, and more! To redeem your tickets for prizes, simply bring your cashless play card to the redemption booth. Our friendly staff will assist you in selecting your desired prize and deducting the corresponding number of tickets from your card. It’s a simple and enjoyable process that adds even more fun to your arcade experience!
Do I win tickets (points) from any arcade machine?
No, tickets are not won from all arcade machines. However, selected machines, depending on their type, will allocate tickets as prizes. These machines will be clearly marked for easy identification.
What if I lose my card?
The card and any tickets associated with it cannot be replaced or transferred to a new card. We advise you to always keep your card safe and secure to avoid any inconvenience. If you have any remaining credits on the lost card, they will not be recoverable. However, you can always obtain a new card from our ATMs and start fresh with your gaming experience.
Can I transfer credits or tickets between cashless play cards?
Credits or tickets cannot be transferred between cashless play cards. Each card is independent, and the credits or tickets loaded onto one card cannot be moved to another. We recommend keeping track of your card to ensure you maximize the benefits of your gaming experience. If you need to transfer credits or tickets, you’ll need to use them on the original card before obtaining a new one.
