1. Is my preferred party date available?

All party bookings are subject to availability. Please reach out to us to check the availability for your desired date.

2. What's the booking process like?

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made 72 hours prior to the event date. We’ll also need the names and menu selections of all attending children at least 72 hours before the event.

3. How long does the party last?

The duration of your party is a total of 2 hours. One hour of your chosen activity followed by one hour in our party room for food, drinks and cake cutting.
Please note that time in the party room cannot be exceeded.

4. Can I decorate the party room?

Yes, decorations are allowed! However, please refrain from affixing anything to the ceiling or walls that may cause damage. Decorations should be easily removable to avoid additional cleaning charges.

5. What's included in the food and beverage options?

We provide a specified menu for the party package, including food and drink options. Once menu selections are confirmed to us at least 72 hours before the event, no changes can be made to the orders. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for pre-approved dietary restrictions.

6. How many guests can I invite?

The minimum number of kids for a party is 10. The total number of guests may vary depending on the selected activity package and must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event. Additional guests may be accommodated subject to availability and at an extra cost.

7. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For cancellations made within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows, the full amount will be charged based on the number of kids communicated to us within 72 hours of the party.

8. Is there someone to help coordinate the party?

Absolutely! A dedicated party coordinator will assist you before and during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

9. What are the safety guidelines?

All guests must follow the safety guidelines provided by our staff. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during the event.

10. Can I request additional services?

Yes, additional services such as arcade games, extra activities, , or decorations may be available upon request and at an additional cost.
