What time should we arrive for our booking?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled slot to ensure prompt setup and maximize your playtime. Additionally, we warmly invite you to enjoy a refreshing drink at one of our exquisite bars or indulge in a delicious bite before your session!
Is booking required?
We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Online reservations are encouraged for seamless planning. However, we also welcome walk-in customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is bowling suitable for all ages?
Absolutely! Bowling is an inclusive activity for individuals of all ages. At our centre, we provide bumpers and ball ramps at no additional cost, ensuring a delightful experience for our younger bowlers.
What is the capacity per lane?
Each lane accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Therefore, if your group consists of 7-12 individuals, you will be allocated to 2 lanes. Please note that exceptions may occur.
Can I bowl wearing my own shoes?
You must wear bowling shoes for safety reasons, if you have your own pair of bowling shoes, you will be allowed to use them.
How long does a game of bowling last?
The duration of the game may vary depending on the number of players on your lane. On average, a game of bowling takes around 10 minutes per person. For instance, if six people are bowling, it typically lasts about an hour.
Can we dine while enjoying our game?

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Once a slot has been reserved in your name, monetary refunds cannot be provided for bookings.
Amendments to the booking are at the discretion of the management if communicated at least 24 hours in advance during business hours.
Should you need to cancel your booking, we will make every effort to reschedule it to another suitable date or time. If rescheduling is not feasible, a credit note will be issued instead.
An administration fee of EUR 5.00 will be applied for any amendments to the booking.
Please note that no amendments or credit notes will be issued for changes made on the day of the booking.
Late arrivals will result in a deduction of the missed time from the allocated slot, without extension or refund.
