1. Is my preferred party date available?
All bookings are subject to availability — get in touch with us to check your date.
2. How many people do I need to book?
A minimum of 12 guests is required to book our Grown-up party packages.
3. How long does the party last?
This depends on the package you choose. Activities and/or open bar access in Amber Terrace Bar are included for a set time. Extensions may be possible at an extra cost.
4. Can I decorate the Amber Terrace Bar?
Yes, you can bring your own decorations. Please avoid confetti, glitter, silly string, or anything that may damage walls or ceilings.
5. Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, you can bring your own cake at no extra charge.
6. Can I bring my own drinks?
No, outside drinks are not permitted. All drinks must be purchased at the venue.
7. What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations less than 10 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
8. Can kids attend a grown-up party?
These packages are designed for adults. If minors attend, they must be supervised at all times.
9. Is parking available?
Yes, on-site parking is available for all guests. The event organizer will also receive one free parking voucher.
10. Is the venue accessible?
Yes, if any guests require accessibility support, let us know in advance so we can assist.
