  • Booking and Redemption:
    • Booking in advance is recommended to guarantee availability.

Children who are under 12 years of age are required to be accompanied by a responsible person aged 18. Children aged thirteen and over do not need to be accompanied in the arena by someone over 18.
    • Different groups may be mixed in the same time slot. This means that players may compete against individuals from other groups during gameplay. Participants should be aware that they may encounter unfamiliar players during their session.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:
